Flu Clinics 2011
The Department of Public Health, in collaboration with the Worcester Public Schools, will be holding flu clinics and invite all Worcester Public Schools students to participate in this city-wide flu vaccination initiative. A parent/guardian must be present to register the child.

The flu vaccine will be available to all students in the following locations, dates and times:

University Park Campus School Tuesday, 11/15 3:00-6:00 PM
Chandler Elementary School Thursday, 11/17 3:30-6:00 PM
